Kyra Rodriguez is a Sanford, North Carolina–based photographer with over 20 years of experience creating compelling imagery. Her work spans travel, landscape, conceptual, equine, automotive and commercial photography. This multidisciplinary background shapes a distinctive style focused on detail, atmosphere, and visual storytelling.

Kyra’s professional portfolio includes event coverage, concerts, nonprofit work, weddings, portraits, and family photography. Since 2022, she has expanded her focus to industry, business, and branding imagery, helping organizations communicate their identity through thoughtful, authentic visuals.

She began her photography journey shooting for her high school newspaper in upstate New York and later studied film and television at Montana State University during the early transition to digital photography. In 2008, she worked as a photographer and graphic designer for the marketing department at USAG Humphreys in South Korea.

In 2024, Kyra returned to complete the photography degree she began in 1989 at Montana State University and is currently completing her BFA at the Savannah College of Art and Design, with plans to graduate in early 2027. 

Her current work blends decades of experience with new creative approaches, producing images that engage audiences and communicate meaningful stories.
